Talk That Talk Thursday- #NOPODCAP



Happy Thursday everyone,

We're already half way through the day and I just want to tell you to "release and regroup". Before you get all upset and bent out of shape over something trivial or in the moment, take a minute to breathe in and out slowly, reflect on the present moment, and appreciate the present moment. To appreciate the moment, you have to sit still and dive into your mind. Close your eyes, and actually visualize you mind, think about one thing that makes you happy and put it to the front of your mind. Bask in that thing, love that thing, and think about why it makes you happy. When you figure out why it makes you happy, just sit still and enjoy it, really enjoy it. What you just did was take control of your mind and life. You had the ability to make yourself happy. Read that again and really understand it though, and actually live by it. YOU! You have the power over your life, so everything is up to you and how you want your life to be in the future. NOPODCAP pushes the agenda to help everyone become true believers and lovers of themselves. Self love is so important, and if people understood this, this world would be a much better place.
